At The Smocked Flamingo, we want you to love every piece your little ones wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
